the staff provided a good service.
the room had cheap furniture. i expected better quality furniture for the hotel's price (it felt a bit substandard). the breakfast had very poor quality given its cost. i definitely didn't think it was worth the money.

The location was unbeatable. I was steps away from everything. staff were always available and ready to help with directions and suggestions. my room had good soundproofing. The noise from the plaza below barely reached me. i found the attached cafe convenient for a quick coffee before exploring.
I did notice a few scratches in my room. The upkeep was not perfect. it didn't bother me much, but some might find it detracts from the overall experience.
